What is XO?

XO is a brand new way of making someone feel special. XO lets you send or view physical cards that come to life with video. If you’ve received an XO card in the mail, then this app will enable you to view the video message. If you would like to send a video card, then this app lets you create one.

How does XO work?

XO cards are created using our mobile app. Once you have an XO card in your hand, augmented reality technology is used to project a video message onto the exact dimensions and orientation of your card within the app’s AR viewer. Video messages are stored remotely, and only accessible once the card is viewed.

How do I create an XO card?

Sending an XO card is really easy:
Pick a front image (either your own or one of ours)
Tap to record a video message
Enter a delivery address
Pay and hit send

How long will it take for my card to arrive?

We process and print our cards the same day that they are ordered. Delivering to the US, postage takes between 1 and 3 business days. Internationally, delivery can take anywhere between 3 and 10 business days.

Will my card definitely get to my recipient?

We make our best efforts to make sure that your card is successfully delivered. That being said, we are operating with international shipping services that are fundamentally out of our control. If we get confirmation that a card was lost en route, we’ll dispatch a back-up copy free of charge.

Do I have to pay shipping?

Nope. Our total cost is inclusive of shipping.

How will I know if my card got to my recipient?

We’ll notify you at each stage when the card is printed, dispatched, out for delivery and when the video message has been opened. That way, you’ll stay up to date on the progress of the card as it reaches its destination.

Does XO ship internationally?

Absolutely. The world is your oyster…

Does XO work on both iOS and Android devices?

Right now, you can view XO Postcards on both Android and iOS devices. Creating and sending XO cards is iOS-only. But we’re working on that. Expect an update on that very soon.

Does XO offer refunds?

If you’ve created an order by mistake and want to cancel it, contact us quickly at support@xopostcard.com and we’ll cancel the order and put through a refund. If you leave it too late, there’s a chance we’ll have already printed and sent it. If your card is received in a condition that doesn’t meet your expectations or doesn’t work, we’ll happily send a replacement. Just contact us at support@xopostcard.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
